Verge (XVG) is a cryptocurrency which operates on a decentralized and open-source basis and aims at providing user privacy. Verge originated as DogeCoinDark in 2014 before rebranding to Verge in 2016. The project is completely open source and community-operated, with a worldwide team of contributors.
